The menus are a bit different between Gingerbread devices and ICS/JB devices, but hopefully you can find:

menu > Add-ons

  • Tap an add-on to get to a screen with Disable and Uninstall buttons
  • Long-press an add-on to get a pop-up menu with Disable and Uninstall choices
