I can travel to any site but this one. It acts as if it is going to site, but can't see site and down at bottom it says...waiting on www.hautelook.com. Sometimes the site will get to the sign in page but wont sign in...says waiting on www.hautelook.com. I tried it on three computers in my home..all do the same thing. I even set up another email account on another browser and same thing. I have removed cookies and reset firefox..nothing works. Hautelook says it is not a problem on their side. Verizon says it is not a problem on their end. My daughter tried it on her iphone with my email and password and it wouldnt work either..outside the house. I'm so confused!!! Could someone have hacked my account and firefox noted it..how would I know and should I cancel my account at hautelook?

It's possible that your account is hacked, but since the problem affects even loading the home page most times, I'm not sure that's a factor. If in doubt, you could try accessing it from another location if you can find one that doesn't have the problem.

So... the problem occurs with multiple logins to the site, on multiple browsers, on multiple PCs. These all share the router (which might have some kind of firewall or filtering feature) and ISP.

(Was the iPhone on your wi-fi network, so it also ran through your router and ISP, or on a mobile network?)

You could try changing your DNS servers in case those are the problem. These are some alternatives:

You might have DNS servers set in your router or broadband modem, or in Windows, or both. Changing them on the PC should override what you have in the router/modem.

Also, in case malware is an issue, you may want to run some supplemental scans. These two tools are highly regarded (and free):
