My mouse scroll stop working in firefox after a few minutes of surfing on the internet, on other browsers or software programs I do not have this problem ! When I close and reopen firefox the scroll function works again a few minutes.. I removed and reinstall firefor without result. Thanks for helping me

Are you using a Lenovo mouse? Try disabling 'universal scrolling' -- I had an issue where an older versions of the Lenovo drivers were causing scrolling issues. Updating to the latest version usually does the trick too.

I apologize in advance if you receive multiple replies from me - I'm dealing with this problem so it might take a couple of shots at it :^)

gclauwaert:

I just posted something similar today (user: cispang, date: 12/14/2011, subj: "Firefox frequently loses almost all navigation..."). When this occurs to me, I also lose the use of the page up/down keys and the arrow up/down keys, but I am able to drag the scroll bar up and down to navigate the page. When you have a chance, could you read my post to see if you have the same set of conditions, and post a reply to my post?

Thanks, cispang

No I do not use a Lenovo mouse, it's a Dell PC and mouse, driver already reinstalled, problem scrolling in firefox still not solved, Due to this issue I don't have an other choice than using others browsers where I do not have any problem.
