After a recent update why won't Firefox provide search results for an adult website?

Firefox doesn't do searches itself, it is uses "search engines".
There must be a setting that keeps adult web sites from showing results of searches.Never had a problem until recent update. This limits many web site that are adult oriented. Is this a block for children. How do I remove this block if that is the problem?
