why can't I speak to a live technician
i need to speak to a live technician when I open Firefox a strange looking page comes up. I cannot minimize or close it. I cannot type on search or address bar. If I then open Firefox again, go to favorites , click on Mozlla Firefox homepage it opens normally & i can use it?????????????????

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't have "live support" by telephone.
how do i solve my problem
