Where is the "trusted site" setting on 4.0?
In explorer it is located under TOOLS> OPTIONS>SECURITY>Trusted Sites

Firefox doesn't use the concept of trusted sites. You can set specific allow or block exceptions.
You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
