Why won't my HP Simplepass fingerprint password no longer works since I upgraded to 4.0?
HP Help says to do this: Click Tools, Add-ons on the Firefox menu bar, select the HP SimplePass Identity Protection Add-on and click Enable. However, there are no results available for this add-on. Windows 7

The company that make the bioscanner for HP have abandoned it. For more details see https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/799388
