how can i delete bearshare as my default home page it keeps reaappearing when i restart my laptop. I have already deleted the program from my system.
I loaded bearshare for music downloads but then deleted it from the programs list because it was very slow, but it keeps showing as my default home page whenever i boot up my laptop and i cannot get rid of it unless i go into Tools then options and then make mozilla my default again and again and again etec etc. Can you help

The following link may help, it shows the various reasons for not being able to change a preference. First try the section on a user.js file locking the preference.
