I cant get my flash banners to play in Firefox 3.0.19. Do I need an earlier version of Flash Player?
I'm running Wamp Server on my machine. Cant upgrade my Firefox 3.0.19 because then it is no longer compatible with my Wamp Server.
Problem is, That Adobe Flash Player 10.1 is not compatible with Firefox 3.0.19.
Do I need an older version of Flash Player or is there an alternative Plugin I can use on Firefox 3.0.19?

Why do you think that the Flash 10.1 player doesn't work in Firefox 3.0.19 ?
Flash 10.1 r85 works fine for me.
Can you post a link to pages where Flash 10.1 r85 doesn't work?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
I have no problems using Flash 10.1 r85 on Firefox 2.0.0.20 or 3.0.19 .
Thanks for your response :-)
It is when I try open a website that I am busy building on my Wamp Server, then the Flash header doesn't open but instead tells me that I need Adobe Flash Player. When I install the latest version I go into my Firefox Add-ons> Extension, it is is flagged and tells me that it is not compatible with this version of Firefox. On the other hand in the Add-ons > Plug ins, it shows Shockwave Flash 10.1.r85 as installed, but my Flash header still doesn't play.
Please advise

That is probably the Adobe DLM extension (Download Manager), which isn't needed for Flash to work - it's intended for installing Flash updates.
Have you tried posting at the Wamp Server support forum?

Did you inspect the (generates) page code in Firefox?
You can see the generated code if you use Edit > Select All (Ctrl + A) and right click on a page and choose "View Selection Source"
Make sure that you have code for Firefox without a classid if you use an object or an embed with the same src URL as in the object for IE.
