Firefox seemingly trying to display a GIF image
Recently I have tried to follow links from sites and instead of displaying the new page I get a blank page.
The tab for the page shows s (GIF Image 1x1 pixels)
Why is this happening and is there anything I can do?

Some firewalls like Kaspersky can block content and send a 1x1 GIF image instead.
Kaspersky": "Protection > Firewall > Filtration system: disable the "Banner Ad Blocker"
See Configuring Kaspersky Internet Security and Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
Mine is Kaspersky Internet Security v.9.0.0 Obviously it has been updated since the article was written, and the procedures are not the same.
As I said mine is Kasperksy IS v.9.0.0 2010 edition. Cannot see any link to Filtration Sytem there. Can you, Cor-el or someone else help?
