My email internet provider has gone out of business so I have had to set up a new email address, my original account was set up a few years ago and both mobile and email address have changed. I want to continue to use Mozilla as web browser, how do I do this? If I go to accounts to change to alternative email, the old email address is blocked so therefore cant receive any codes to verify identity. If I have to set up a new account what will this require? I am not the best at this tech stuff, so any help would be appreciated. Note: someone cant email me to answer the thread, I have provided alternative email on another account screen - this probably is not accessible either.

You still need the original Primary email to change to another Primary email login. Beyond this there's nothing more that can be done since you no longer have access to Primary email and if there isn't a secondary email that can be verified that accounts is no longer usable and is a Lost account.

The normal procedure is that you add a secondary email address and confirm this while you still have access to the primary email account. Without access to the primary email address, your only option is to create a new Firefox account with an email address you can confirm.

You can add a secondary email address and confirm this address. Once it has been confirmed, you can make the secondary email address your primary email address.
