firefox book mark gone
Hi there, YOU BLOODY update of firefox wipe out ALL my BOOKMARKS and NO THE BLOOD THING DID NOT EVEN DO A BACKUP> IT is completely GONE. WELL WTF I want it back and go back to the previous version of firefox. THE NEW ONE SUCK.

Sorry to hear about this problem. Could you review the possible solutions in the following article and tell us whether any of them are good leads for your case:
There is NO BACKUP. Firefox litterally deleted everything and did not even bother to do a backup copy . WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? I LOST OVER Three years of bookmarks. Some i can NEVER get back at all. What the hell were they thinking LEAVE IT alone bookmarks okay thank. Now i have to start ALL Over again, and I AM NOT HAPPY PISS OFF at all.
It's not normal to lose your whole profile during an update, but I don't have enough information to know what glitched.
Were there any unusual messages from Firefox about either:
- doing a Refresh / Tune-up / speeding up Firefox?
- problem accessing your profile / creating a new profile?
Did you already do a normal shutdown and restart of Windows to release file locks, complete deferred updates, and hopefully clear any transient privilege issues?
Could it be the user just opened a different Firefox. It happened to me once. No what I mean that you have two, but you did not know you had.
