I have 3 accounts and want to change my outgoing server settings. I make the changes and then click OK and try to send an email. It asks for the PW and I enter it. The email doesn't go through so I check the server settings and they are back to the old settings. For some reason, the changes are not being saved.

If I change the outgoing server settings in 1 account and click OK and then move to the next and make changes to that one and then go back to the first, the first show the settings for the 2nd one. Very strange. Am I missing something about saving the settings?

Have you updated Thunderbird to recent version: 68.8.0 ? There was a display bug, but I'm not seeing that old display bug after I updated to 68.8.0

It is the most recent version. I found that if I go to account settings and then outgoing server (smtp), I can add or remove server info in there. I can then select the added server info to the individual account. If I do this, it sticks.
