Hi Fred, Thanks for taking the time to reply. This is with a specialist site that places webinar videos on their site. It is not a site available to the general public, so it's not possible to link to the actual videos here. I have just asked them what software they use for the videos as this may be of most use. I tried the safe mode and it's the same. Video plays for 10 seconds and then stops with "Sorry! does not exist.". It's a weird problem that I cannot seem to find a solution for. Thanks, ZTB

Blimey. Has it been almost 2 months since you replied. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you about this. I tried everything I could on there with no success. I even went as far as creating a new profile to see if that would solve things. It sadly did not.

I called for more help. What is the link to that web site? Are the videos their own, or are they posted on other web sites? Have you tried downloading the clips?

They use Webex to record the webinars and then post the videos of them on their site. There does not appear to be a way to download the clips. No option on the interface and right-clicking just takes me to https://wavmed.nichevid.com/
