When I launch Firefox, it performs normally at first but crashes about 10 to 30 seconds later. In Windows 10 safe mode, it did not crash, but also would not access websites even though Microsoft Edge would. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still does it. I updated Adobe Flash, and it still does it. I've installed all Windows 10 updates.

Hi lawyerjackson,

Launch Firefox in Safe Mode: Press and hold the shift key and launch Firefox. See if the problem persists.

If it does not, it is probably associated with an add-on or extension.

I have no add-ons or extensions installed. It didn't crash in Safe Mode, but it also wouldn't access websites.

Hi lawyerjackson,

The next steps would be:

Backup your profile: Back Up Firefox Profiles

Then Refresh Firefox: Refresh Firefox

You can restore your profile and see if the problem persists.

If it does persist, see: Get Help Fixing Crashes
