Recently I've sequenced Firefox 57.0.4 with app v 5. After publishing it and adding to my User it worked well and no error accured. After logging into An Citrix Desktop console of a customer, I tried opening Firefox. The result was a blank white page where nothing was showing up. Even the Settings and the plugins were whitened out. Starting Firefox in secure mode gives me the same result. Is there any fix with app v 5 and Citrix environment? (Please consider the extended image).

I already tried to sequence Firefox new, but this didn't work. Every other Browser (as an example internet explorer) works fine and I have a steady internet connection. I tried creating a new Profile with the "run firefox.exe -p" command. Wasn't working for me as well.

So your talking about your computer side working and then the customer computer not working? So does their computer have FF58 or not? And what is app v 5. is that a FF software or not? And how did the customer get the update? And did you consider the Citrix Desktop didn't properly update? So how many were updated and how many didn't. It sounds like your in-network was update but out side network wasn't update but you make it sounds like they are one network? So how are they connected?
