I keep geting a Critical Update Firefox page that wants me to click on a link.

(https://zieghtweakheadz.com) and some more text. I am assuming this is some kind malware and I never click on it. But the only way to get around it is to restart Firefox. It is popping up almost daily now.

While this may be a legitimate message, it could also be Malware or a Virus. Anytime you want or need to check for upgrades, go to the website of the True Owner of the program in question. For example, to check out Firefox, go to https://www.mozilla.org {web link}
