can't get to Firefox preferences

your help says "Finding your profile without opening Firefox "(OS X 10.7 or above) Click the Finder icon in the dock. On the menu bar, click the Go menu, hold down the option or alt key and select Library. A window will open containing your Library folder."

Library doesn't show up under "Go", only on the desktop. Under "Application Support", I see only Adobe. Spotlight found "Application Support Files" inside a Xerox printer folder; it has Adobe, Quark and Freehand, so you know how old it is.

Hello, try the next in terminal (assuming the program is installed in the "Applications" folder)

/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -profilemanager
