Waterfox, huh? We don't support Waterfox here but you can get help at Waterfox's "forum"
I can troubleshoot with you but any additional issues, after this one, should be directed to that thread above.
What happens when you try to load Gmail? Does it give you a 404 or Server not found, etc?
You can try the following:
Clear Gmail cache and cookies;:
- Click the blue Waterfox button at the top left corner, go to Options > Privacy > Remove individual cookies > Find gmail.com and select it, then click Remove Cookies.
- To clear cache, press the CTRL key, SHIFT key, and DEL key
- Select EVERYTHING for the time frame
- Uncheck every box except Cache
- Click Clear now
- Restart Firefox and try to access Gmail again.

I have tried various things from support and to include a fresh install and safe mode. Would like some help, don't wish to rely on chrome all the time.
