In order to successfully access all documents, your internet security must be set to medium, not high. For Internet Explorer users, you can change this by going to Tools--Internet Options--Security Tab from your browser window.

This is the error received when trying to download documents from the Herbalife website.

I have seen no options in Firefox to change the internet security level from high to medium.

please advise

There is no equivalent of high/medium/low security settings in Firefox.

Firefox uses the Windows security settings when downloading files, changing the settings in IE should allow you to download the files in Firefox. For details see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_save_or_download_files#Enable_downloads_blocked_by_Security_Zone_Policy_-_Windows
