Can I set Firefox as my windows 7 default mail client?
I've already set Firefox's mailto/send etc email program to Gmail, but I want to also set the Windows 7 default mail client to use FireFox (which knows to use gmail). For example, when in Windows Photo Viewer I click "email" and then "attach" I get an error: "Either there is no default e-mail client, or the current client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default email client" What is the equivalent way to run FireFox and set it as the default Windows 7 client? I want my OS default e-mail to open Firefox and then use the e-mail settings already setup in FireFox.
== For example, when in Windows Photo Viewer I click "email" and then "attach"

No you cannot because Firefox is not a email client. SeaMonkey has a built in email client that you can use
