Request for Primary Password
All of a sudden, I keep getting a small window that pops up and wants my Primary Password. I have changed it three times and the Firefox says the change took place each time. Then, the pop up comes and I fill in my password and it pops up again and again and again and again. How do I get rid of this? It's driving me nuts!!!
All of a sudden, I keep getting a small window that pops up and wants my Primary Password. I have changed it three times and the Firefox says the change took place each time. Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Can you move this window around and does it look like the window you get when Firefox asks for the PP ? Are you possibly using Sync ?
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
