There is no Flash Player replacement or alternative as stated. Adobe has completely ended all support and distribution of their Flash Player on December 31, 2020 and Adobe blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021.

Adobe posted their plans about making their Flash Player EOL known way back in July 2017 so many websites have since moved away from Flash to say HTML5 for video, audio and even games as Mozilla for example made a small game called BrowserQuest back in 2012 to prove you did not need Flash.

Hi Ramon, Flash will pop up a dialog outside of Firefox about removing the Flash plugin. No action is needed inside of Firefox.
There isn't any direct replacement for Flash, but Firefox doesn't need Flash for most sites. For example, YouTube doesn't use Flash any more. To get a sense of the impact of the end of Flash on your own browsing, consider how often you have seen this,
or this:
If that doesn't seem familiar, the sites you visit are not using Flash -- or you have been ignoring the Flash content on those sites. In those cases, you won't be missing anything by not having Flash.
If you do use content that runs on Flash -- for example, some online games -- you will lose access to that content unless or until the site updates it (hopefully they will soon).
If you notice problems with specific sites, please describe those problems.
