Hello all,

I was redirected from this (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help#w_check-to-see-if-the-crash-happens-in-safe-mode) webiste to post here.

Never had trouble with Firefox. Today I tried to start it, but it shows a 'Mozilla Crash Report'. If I choose 'restart firefox', new crash reports keep appearing. If I choose 'quit firefox' and then try to start it up, again the Crash reports shows.

hi, thanks for reporting with a crash id. this appears to be a problem due to a corrupted firefox program folder unfortunately. please try downloading a fresh firefox installer from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and install it on top of your current version and see if you're able to launch the browser afterwards...
