Do we have an option not to open Home tabs for second window?

When I start firefox, the new window has say 10 tabs. Now I create a new window. I don't want it to open a home set of tabs. I just want to see the blank page. Can we separate the settings for home tabs and new window tabs? So when firefox starts, it opens Home (tabs). When you open a second or third window subsequently it could show a blank page.

For it to have that tabs saved means you change something in your Privacy & Security settings for it to save and reopen all the tabs again.

If you open a new window then this window opens with the home pages. You can use a bookmark with the location set to about:blank and hold the Shift key and left-click this bookmark to open a window with a blank tab. You can create this bookmark on the Bookmarks Toolbar for easy access.

Alternately, you can just keep your home page setting to the minimum and launch the desired tabs at startup using either:

  • (Manual) Folder in bookmarks: hover the folder to show the list and use Open All in Tabs
