How do I stop Firefox syncing old searches and bookmarks I don't want?
I just got a new computer. On my old computer, I had a lot of search history, saved passwords, bookmarks etc. that I don't want on my new computer. I signed into my account and it synced all of that. I then de-connected my account and refreshed Firefox. But then it automatically syncs them again. How do I stop Firefox from doing this?

Nikhil saidYou have to delete the old account and create a new one using the same email address. In older versions they had the option to delete Sync data but not in newer versions.I did do that but it's still syncing the old stuff.
You've already disconnected, right ? Now, delete offline web data, cached web data and user data in the advanced menu in options. Restart Firefox.
Make sure to backup your new bookmarks/passwords, if any.

Go to Options-->Sync-->Manage Account. Enter Email ID and password. Delete account.
Hope this helps.
