It seems, like mozilla support can do nothing with this problem. So let's try again. Many people have terrible lag with firefox on windows, while flash player is installed. There is no ansewr why. Disabling flash protect mode or hardware acceleration do not help. Reinstalling flash plugin also.

I have figured out, that this problem is somehow connected with hibernation. So if you turn off pc and then turn it on (or reboot) everything works fine. But if you use hybernation, firefox starts to awfully slow the whole machine, when you turn it on from hibernation.

Why do this happen?

Please update to Firefox 32, 19 is no longer supported and is old and buggy. Update Firefox to the latest release

Why do you think, I am writing from 19 version? Maybe, because I am forced to use my second PC due my main is lagging like hell at the moment? This is not a solution.

Firefox 32 lags, while this version works fine, because this PC never hibernated.

Obviously I don't know this is your second computer (which you should still update BTW).

Hibernation is honestly NOT a good thing to use on your machine. Either let the screen turn off, or turn the thing off, but never use Hibernation.

Sorry, I was a bit angry ;D Yes with sleep insted of hibernate it works fine. Also I tried to hibernate on another motherboard and its seems okay also. Strange things happens sometimes.

Youtube videos don't buffer properly and will hang when trying to buffer at certain points, requiring a page refresh.

All BBC iPlayer videos (and BBC website videos) lag/hang for a second when pressing Play/Pause or selecting a volume level. Does not happen in Chrome. Changing hardware accel in Flash does nothing.

I had a very similar problem........freezing for agae before playing and doing the same again when you tried to open up to full screen.....Here is what I did to fix it..

....When you go to this link http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues and right click on the Adobe logo in the screen. Instead of going into Settings I went into Global Settings. Then I clicked on the box "local storage settings by site" and in the new box that opened I found "emp bbci co uk" I then clicked on "emp bbci co uk" to highlight it and proceeded to open the box below and changed Allow to Block, closed both the Adobe boxes and bingo, when I went to the BBC News and BBC IPlayer pages I was having problems with my problem was fixed.......No Firefox restart needed.

I hope that helps some folks out..
