my firefox will not automatically show thehostingshack.com/index.html unless it is typed, Chrome shows it fine other sites show it fine also on Firefox
i recently corrected and reloaded (thehostingshack.com) with Komposer and it will not show up in my Firefox unless it is typed (thehostingshack.com/index.html ) but it does show just fine in Chrome what did Komposer do the the code to confuse FireFox ? i even did a redirect as index.html to redirect to index.htm and it would not run either unless typed as (thehostingshack.com/index.html ) it has been renamed index-redirect.html is it the latest upgrade ?

You can open about: pages like the about:config page via the location bar like you open a web page (about: is a protocol used to access special built-in pages).

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
FF works with this site now i deleted all cookies and cache and
thank you BTW: where is about:permissions page. ?
