i think the Plus-HD-6.0 extension that you have installed, is malicious. please go to firefox > addons > extensions & remove it.
also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there.
finally, run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner to make sure that there isn't adware in other places of the system as well.
