Firefox 3.6- Touchpad Scrolling issues.

more options

I have a very odd issue with scrolling in FF3.6.4. Every time I try to scroll down the page, it comes up with the grey scroll-down icon as the cursor, but the page does not budge. This only occurs in FF, i.e. is not present in Windows Applications or IE. I can scroll down on the page if I left-click on the taskbar, or anywhere outside of the open FF window (making the FF window in-active while still being open on-screen) then reclicking on the FF open window. I have tried installing the latest drivers, but this was all to no avail. I have tried changing the settings for scrolling in about:config, and this did not work either. I desperately need to find a fix for this problem, as I prefer using the more secure FF over IE.

Hey I has the same problem. I think it may have something to do with adobe flash 10.1 update.

Do a system restore on windows 7, choose the restore point before installing this.

It fixed mine.
