Since v96 (I believe) Firefox has been forcing Dark-mode down my throat, I've been going through the about:config to find a way to force light-mode instead, and after getting some help I found the following solution;

1.) In about:config -> ui.systemUsesDarkTheme = 0

browser.in-content.dark-mode = false

Source + extra tips https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1271928

2.) In about:config, find the preference named layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override and change it to the value you want: 1 => Force a Light background or 2 => Follow the System theme (default in Firefox 94)

Now here's the problem.. the second option only changes the background (and webpages) that option still functions, but the first one (option #1) changes the browser itself (menus, bookmarks and such) no longer work since v98, so I'm currently stuck with a dark/light-mode combo.

Are there any way to (again) force complete light-mode in Firefox?

You can select a theme that has dark text on the tabs (toolbars) if you currently use a theme with light text.

The reason I wanna force light-mode is Specifically because I wanna keep all the themes I already have. I am Not interested in spending hours looking for new light-mode-themes. I want to keep my old themes, all of which works perfectly except for them forcing dark-mode since v96.

side note, it should be mention that I dislike (borderline hate) the new Light-Mode-Themes, they just look awful, having Dark Text is a Horrible idea since it forces the theme to have a bright image, with dark images (like nature images) causes the dark text to melt into the image, making it unreadable which I don't want to have.

Here's a couple images;

How my browser looked before; https://i.postimg.cc/Jhh4mhNN/Before-v96.png

How it looks now.. with a new Light-Mode-Theme; https://i.postimg.cc/Hnj8Z2xy/Sk-rmbild-fr-n-2022-02-06-21-58-25.png

The only way to keep using my old (and good looking themes) are to force light-mode, that's what I want to do, I am not interested in any other "solutions".
