Hi gougou, please ignore the unofficial support solicitation that someone posted. We have no idea where that leads and don't want you to get scammed.

Hi gougou, could you clarify whether this is on:

  • Firefox for Android (classic version 68) -- this is the forum the question was posted in
  • Firefox Preview for Android (new design)
  • Firefox for Windows 10 -- this seems to be the browser used to post the question

The menu paths are all different, so... Thanks.

For "desktop" versions of Firefox:

If this is a site you've visited before, you may want to try clearing existing cookies for the site:

While viewing a page on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. After a moment, a "Clear Cookies and Site Data" button should appear at the bottom. Go ahead and click that.

In the dialog that opens, you will see one or more matches to the current address so you can remove the site's cookies individually without affecting other sites.

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

You mentioned enabling cookies. This article may be a useful checklist for that: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.
