Normally when I open Firefox, usually first loading Outlook, a reminder shows that I need to enable Rapport. I do this in Firefox Addons . It worked normally yesterday. Today (after I had updated Java) there was no reminder. I checked Addons manager and no mention of any addons. I turned on Rapport in the Windows 10 Start menu but Firefox still shows no addons. I want my security! What can I do?

HI, please see this page for their Support Button : https://www.trusteer.com/ProtectYourMoney

Mozilla only ok's Extensions submitted by Developers to be used with Firefox. They ok them only and give the Developer a web page to distribute their Extension from. Developers have a Support link and a contact Link

In this case there is no extension on our pages for download : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/ So please seek support for that product from the 1st URL.

Is there a reason why you are running/updated Java as no web browsers use it anymore ?

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
