I cannot watch channel4 programmes any longer. The message I get on my laptop is:

It seems ur computer is running Ad blocker software We r now preventing ad-blocked access to our programmes. please disable ur ad-blocker

Apparently 4oD blocked adblocks since2014 but somehow I only started having this issue recently:-((

This error message appears before programmes.

Hello ozlemmc :)

AdBlock is an addon that prevents annoying ads. Some websites notice that you have that addon and dont allow you to use the website without disabling it. (eg. kissanime doesnt allow you to watch until you disable adblock) Here is 1 minute clip explaining adblock https://youtu.be/pVYtzF5SemU

Fix To fix your problem is simple In the top right corner click the red circle which has letters ABP then click "disable on this page only" or "disable on www.example.com"

Type this in your address bar: about:addons

Then click "Extensions" tab There should be adlbock just click disable

I have flashcontrol, icloud bookmarks, kaspersky protection but no adblock

Hi, try disabling Flash Control, and if that doesn't work, do the same with Kaspersky Protection.
