I clicked the link to reset the password and it said I would get an email
that was at 8am; it is now 8:52 and the email has not shown up (yes I looked in the junk email)
I clicked the link again and got a message that the email had been already sent....
but it had not been
I am feeling VERY nervous now

What Firefox Password, the Master Password?
Or your email provider's password (you would need to contact them).
