tried complete deinstallation (removing all firefox related folders) re-installed flash player too but keeps on crashing

the only solution that works is resetting firefox through Troubleshooting Information after that I just have to update the adobe flash player and everything works again BUT thats only temporary because whenever i close the firefox browser and start it up again the same thing happens! so i have to go through all of that again. its so annoying.

hope you guys can help me.

i'm using chrome right now but i really want firefox to work too
