Can't change paper or draft print in Firefox
When in Firefox, I click file/print and the dialogue box appears. I can't change the paper type from "photo" to plain paper as this selection is "grayed out". Also, I can't change over to "draft" as this selection is also "grayed out".

I had the same problem. I fixed it by going into the "Page Setup" and changed the paper size from "US Letter - (Sheet feeder Borderless)" to to just "US Letter".

Yes! That was my problem. Going to File > Page Setup and changing from 8.5"x11" Borderless to just 8.5"x11" solved my problem. Thank you very much!
