about:config only shows first page, will not scroll. Can get down to other items by using search function.

Looks to me like the help suggestions you sent apply to the desktop version, on cursory examination.
How do you do this in the Mobile Version on an Android phone?
This behaviour looks like bug 602882 which is applicable to Maemo.
This is actually bug 605630 which affects both Android and Maemo.
