Can't print from Firefox.Everything else OK
I cannot print off from Firefox web pages. The printer is not registering the sent for printing function at all. Printing works fine from Internet Explorer and all other laptop functions

Even after resetting the preference print.print_printer, still no printing so I kept monkeying with it, and in the course of doing so started Firefox in safe mode. That didn't work, but next time I started normally, printing was working again.
After resetting the preference print.print_printer my HP printer is printing my web pages again .Thanks very much .
My problem was under Windows 7 64 bit and I found that checking the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" box and selecting Windows XP in the drop down box enabled me to print web pages again. These boxes are found on the Compatibility Tab of the Firefox properties window.
