Can I undo the "optimize for mobile" setting for my tablet? I'd like the pages to work more like they do on my computer than on my phone.
When I first started using my tablet, the browser seemed to function as it does on my computer. For example, Facebook messages would open within the Facebook page. Now, I have to open the Facebook messenger app for those messages. I'd rather not have to do that. I'm thinking I may have clicked a button to optimize for mobile, but I can't figure out how to undo that. Please help.
Thank you.

Yes, you can undo the "optimize for mobile" setting on your tablet, but it depends on the specific browser or website you're using.
If you're referring to a browser setting:
On Chrome: Open the browser, go to the website, tap the three dots (menu), and under "Desktop site," toggle it on or off depending on your preference. On Safari: Tap the "aA" icon in the address bar and select "Request Desktop Site." For websites that automatically adjust for mobile, there isn't a universal setting, but these steps will allow you to force a desktop view on your tablet.
And how does one do this in FireFox? I thought by asking this on a Mozilla forum that would be assumed... but I should not assume...
