some e-mails not getting through others delete automatically
followed instructions from Xfinity.com/support to install exiting Thunderbird account to new Windows10 laptop. Some e-mails don't come through and those that do disappear after a few minutes. They seem to go to the delete pile without my deleting them. Comcast says I need to install a leave a copy on server option but I can't find it.
