How can I program Tbird to receive msgs. from a second address?
Most of my email goes to an address that Outlook handles. Outlook has proven troublesome. I want Thunderbird to receive email sent to that address that is currently handled, or mishandled, by Outlook.

File menu (alt+F) > new > existing mail account.
Or
On the toolbar 
> and hover your mouse over the new message entry until the sub menu appears Then select existing mail account.
or
Right click your account in the folder pane and select settings from the menu. Then select the account actions button in the account setting dialog and select "add mail account".
Each will kick off the account wizard.
