Is that Kingsoft application compatible with Firefox? Doesn't sound like it is. Have you tried to get support from them? Or looked for compatibility information at their website?

Kingsoft works for all windows applications except firefox. Therefore, I think the problem come from Firefox. Or Can Firefox tell me which English-Chinese dictionary can screen shot on Firefox?
