Our webpage used to display perfectly in Firefox now it doesn't. When I view page source the following appears among the HTML:
<p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p>

Our webpage displays perfectly in IE 8.0

Moderator added tags to show the HTML formatting tags and text.

Yes, Firefox 23.0.1 does support frames.

Please provide the URL to your webpage and one of us will take a look at it to try and help you sort out your problems. And it might help if you would provide a screenshot of that page, annotated with the problem/s you are seeing.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

Hi edmeister, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

The URL for the site is: www.minorityhiring.net

I'm attaching screenshots - which are all annotated - as requested.

Bear in mind neither myself nor colleague are 'website developers' per se' however this site, which we created and published, has been on the web functioning just fine since 2003 and suddenly it no longer does.

There have been periodic and significant upgrades and changes at our web host, and we are working with them also.

Any insights that you could provide for us in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards, rezhyk

I see nothing but frame borders on that webpage in any browser that I have installed, including IE8. I need to go offline for awhile, as I am having a login problem with this support website.

You only get the "This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them." text if either frames are disabled or you use a browser that doesn't support frames (the text is in a <noframes> </noframes> block). Firefox would display this text under normal conditions.

Note that the Menu object is IE only and doesn't work in Firefox.
See the Browser Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer;Ctrl+Shift+J) for errors.
The page source also shows red code for the map tag (start tag "map" seen in "table").
A lot of images seem to be missing or aren't loaded because of script errors.

None of my browsers show actual content on those sites (except this file: http://www.world-investments.com/mha.htm).

I didn't even get that frame.

My advice is to use a modern tool for re-doing that page.

Front Page 4.0 did a poor job for any browser except IE 5 & 6 when it was new.
