Well none of that worked. it is not only in youtube but streaming radio.no video And only happens for the most part when i'm scrolling or the hard drive runs

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

I have neither of those problems

OK I've tried everything in the book and it don't get no better. Same old stuff. how can i go back to FF10 and Flash 10. Tired of it. Its like Obama blaming Bush all the time
