Ever since I upgraded to 4 I get TypeError: Components classes(CID is undefined) And am having trouble gifting in Facebook?

Never had this type of problem with old FireFox! All my Java is updated. This is very frustrating cause I use Facebook and play their games everyday, and It will not let me send gifts. But if I go to Internet Explorer (which I hate), and Google Chrome, I have no problems at all. Need some help to get this resolved

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I seem to have rid myself of the TypeError situation. I had some programs blocked at start up which were always blocked I allowed them to be on and I also turned off the excellorator. And I no longer get that error. But I still cannot give gifts in my facebook games, so I have to go to Google Chrome to play the games
