beta 4 feedback button "Firefox makes me sad because", asks me to download beta 4 when I already have, also having problem opening attachments in hotmail
downloaded firefox beta 4 today, tried to open attachment in hotmail, could not. went to feedback "firefox makes me sad because" took me to download Firefox screen again. I did and then I could open attachment but Feedback still does not work. I have Vista.

You can see the Firefox version at the top and the user agent at bottom of the "Help > About" window (Mac: Firefox > About Mozilla Firefox).

Check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar, just like you open a website. Filter: general.useragent
If any general.useragent prefs are bold (user set) then right-click that pref and choose Reset.
My user agent setting are:
general.useragent.extra.firefox; Firefox/4.0b1
Just to follow up on my previous post. I do not know if this could be the cause or not but I have firefox 3.6.8 and 4.0 installed and same time and I keep switching between them.
