internet is slow in fire fox and in internet explorer is faster such as in 30 mb fire fox and 100 in internet explorer i have removed firefox completely and installed it again but no diference (the speed test was done with ziggo on both explorer and fire fox

Try to check your anti-virus/Firewall settings. Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
i use windows fire wal and a couple of weeks ago i had 120 mb on mozilla and i did't change anything
Did you try a new profile?
I was also face the same issue can anyone help to over come the issue

i have made an new profile but the issue is stil the same
We've seen such issues reported with F-Secure Browser Protection, but you may have other software installed that causes this.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works any better.
try going to your help,select troubleshooting information. there is the option to reset firefox which will reset it to when you first installed it
