icloud mail PDFs wont' open

Hi, Firefox is my preferred browser. I use icloud mail and now attached PDFs open to only a blank page. The tool buttons don't work. I do not have this problem with gmail or yahoo. Please help. Thanks, Wendy

Can you try the same steps with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Hi, Yes the same thing happens. I also tried a "refresh" from the "More Troubleshooting", no change.

Screenshot showing the issue would be nice. Can you also show the same pdf in another browser that works?
