Having used Firefox and Netflix for years in the past… Now; after contacting Netflix with the error code F7361-1253 that shows up using Netflix I was perplexed… especially since Netflix works fine with Chrome… At first time Netflix said it wasn't a Netflix code and didn't know what to do. Since using Chrome works with Netflix but no longer with Firefox…the problem is with Firefox. I have always updated all Firefox prompted for with plug-ins, and currently 43.0.4… Please provide a solution to run Netflix?

it shouldn't be that bothersome anymore - it's most likely that one of your addons (most likely either Ebates Cash Back, Flashblock, Honey) is interfering here. you can try to keep them disabled for the moment and see if the issue is still there. then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing this issue.

thanks! can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...
